I really enjoyed my experience with the journey on
relaxation exercise. I’ve listened to many relaxation exercises before and this
one was definitely one of the bests. It was interesting to visualize my blood
flow from my core to other parts of my body, such as my arms and legs. The
music also made me feel very relaxed. It really made me stay focused, and for
once my thoughts weren’t racing through my mind as usual. I believe these
relaxation exercises should be done on a daily basis to keep you less stressed
throughout the day.
Hi Kayla:) It would be wonderful to do these exercises daily, however, I think many people just consider themselves to busy for this. Finding relaxation and peace can change the entire outlook of the day, prepare us for challenges, and help us sleep and eat better. Stress can be a killer:/ I ope that you find time to incorporate these exercises into your schedule, and that you find yourself clearer minded and less stressed:)
